Daily Schedule

We try to offer the most bespoke package in order that you get the very most out of your trip. We will therefore amend our daily program to suit your requirements, whilst taking into account the prevailing conditions.

Our regular schedule however is essentially as follows

0600 Hrs – Dawn start for those who are keen. A bracing cup of coffee and then fishing along the waterfront on the beach or the pier. This is when the minnow’s shoals come in from the deep and are then assaulted by the birds, Jacks and Tarpon. Very often this is the most explosive part of the day.

0730 Hrs – Break for breakfast at the Posada

0800 Hrs – Load up the boats and then depart with the guides to any of the numerous areas of the park for the mornings fishing. Specialise in Bonefish, juvenile & or larger Tarpon, Barracuda or a mix of anything that happens to be on offer.

1300 Hrs – Break for lunch. Usually we will take a packed lunch from the Posada however we may eat at any of the local fishing huts dotted around the various fishing zones. Alternatively you may wish to stay in the boat with a rod in one hand and the days catch in the other cruising

1500-1600 Hrs – Return to the Posada for a siesta out of the heat of the midday sun. Alternatively continue fishing locally, swim, snorkel or take some more sun.

1930 – Hrs– Drinks and supper at your posada. There are numerous bars on the waterfront for those who would like a sundowner pre or post dinner.
